FINESTOP is a 100% acrylic-based, fiber-reinforced liquid applied air/water-resistive barrier that is field-mixed with Type I or Type II Portland cement.

| Uses |
| FINESTOP is designed for use as an air/water-resistive barrier over the following exterior wall substrates: PermaBase™ brand cement board (or other ASTM C1325 Type A Exterior approved cement boards); poured concrete/unit masonry; ASTM C1177 type sheathings, including e²XP™, GlasRoc®, DensGlass™, Securock™, Weather Defense™ Platinum and GreenGlass® sheathing; and gypsum sheathing (ASTM C79/C1396).
All sheathing joints and terminations must be reinforced with minimum (101.6 mm) 4" wide SELF-ADHERING MESH TAPE, Standard Mesh or FLASHING TAPE FF 4 or 9.

Note: Wood-based sheathings are not acceptable substrates for the use of Finestop. See Finestop RA for application over wood-based sheathings.
